The hotel's central location near the ferry makes it convenient to access Hastings Street without worrying about parking. it is just a short walk to a shopping center and several cafes and restaurants. My room, although with a restricted view, was very clean and bright.

Its rooms are spotlessly clean and huge, had a great stay for five nights. There is plenty of incredible food for breakfast. The location of the hotel is fantastic, short walk to bars within walking distance, and restaurants excellent location.

The services are exceptional, including a nice pool. Rooms are well-equipped with worst of all, good basic facilities, as for instance, food is good!

The staff here were so friendly and really made our stay comfortable, plus the location by the river with dining options and water activities was amazing.

Its a nice place to stay, great choice of places to eat out within walking distance. I wish the staff could have got god on the phone and ask him to make the weather better for us.
Didn't like the fact I had to clean the kitchen and take out the rubbish or be charged a $75 fee.

Very comfortable apratment. Lovely facilites and a great location. Will definitly be back!
We were booked in for 3 nights in this accommodation. My only complaint is that no one came to replenish toilet rolls, tea bags etc. I had to go myself. No big drama though as reception gave me what I needed without any problem.

The spacious unit was comfortably and tastefully furnished. It was very well equipped and very clean. It was also quiet.
The bedroom carpet was stained. The gym equipment needs upograding, however thge manager was aware of that.

Huge apartment on 2 levels - much better than expected
Location a bit far from Hastings Street but accessible by bus or ferry so not really an issue either

The views from our fresh room were amazing, overlooking lush gardens and sparkling pools. We were pleasantly surprised to find an oven, a washing machine, and plenty of glassware in the room. the location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. 🌴

We had a great stay at the Resort, the apartment was spacious, quiet, comfortable and it overlooked the pool/spa. We where travelling with a motorbike on a trailer so the parking area was very convenient. The resort was close to restaurants, shops and cafes and each morning we would go for our power walk along the foreshore. We are intending on staying at the Noosa Outrigger Beach Resort again in September 2012 with our two adult sons and their partners.

We had an amazing size apartment for just 2 of us. There are 3 pools, 2 which are heated and 3 spas. For under $200/night it was what you would expect for that price. Including a garage. Great location and staff were friendly. Our apartment had 3 rooms, a huge lounge, 2 balconies. Really enjoyed staying here. I would recommend.
My only comment would be to have the gym open longer hours on weekend and to include a running machine/treadmill.
